BROCHURE DESIGN

a bartender’s guide

a bartender’s guide

Our client, an American spirits importer and distributor, wanted us to create a book to engage bartenders and have them learn about their international line of spirit brands. The aim was for these bartenders to consider using our client's products. With the “bartender” in mind, we developed a concept with the perspective that the audience is an artist who can use our client's products to be creative and have the book be a source of inspiration. The type-driven design and graphic feel of the book echo this point of view. We also crafted content that would resonate with bartenders: up-close shots of craft cocktails to see ingredients and textures, origin stories for each brand, and useful tips and statistics.
