We were tasked to create a product for Mercedes-Benz dealerships to gift their customers. The aim was not only to enhance and sustain customer relationships but also remind customers of Mercedes-Benz services. The kit includes a custom leather backpack designed by Haerfest and Mercedes-Benz-branded items such as a blanket, a flashlight, and an umbrella. These items are meant to echo Mercedes-Benz's mission to be at the service of their customers, both inside and outside the dealership.
